Pastor Stoot is one of the sons of The Church Without Walls and is proud to have his Pastor, Ralph Douglas West of Houston, Texas, here with us for this Anniversary.Pastor Stoot is the driving force behind changing the law concerning parental notification before the interrogation of juveniles. The push to pass this legislation (Senate Bill 5288) is the result of the year-long legal struggle that started with an Everett Police Department Detective improperly interrogating Pastor Stoot’s 13 year-old son, Paul A. Stoot, II. Funds raised during this year’s anniversary celebration will go toward immediately satisfying the remaining $80,000 deficit from the Stoot family’s $158,000 legal battle in 2004. Any contributions that you can make are tax deductible and will be gratefully appreciated. All are invited to come to help celebrate and retire the remaining expenses that were incurred in the battle to prove their son’s innocence. You don’t want to miss it!A special account has been set up for this purpose. GTMBC Defense Fund for Paul A. Stoot, II12720 4th Avenue West, PMB F-378Everett, WA 98204-5707
