Rainier Beach Vikings 26, Seatac Sharks 7

Coach Kitty and the Beach Boyz are riding a three game win streak, and have locked down the number three playoff position. However, the Lil’ guys from the Beach must knock of their rivals from “The Central” in a first-round playoff matchup if they want a shot at the “ship.”

CD Panthers 27, Rainier White Ravens 13

The Panthers posted an impressive 27-13 win over the Ravens. With the win, the Panthers improved to 7-2 on the season and locked down the number two seed in the playoffs.

The Seahawks posted another shutout as they closed out the regular season with a 9-1 record. Myles Campbell got the scoring going early for the Seahawks as he took a handoff, turned the corner and blazed his way to the endzone. Cole ‘’World” Reynolds made his way on the highlight reel as he avoided four ravens tacklers and split two defenders on his way to a 72 yard touchdown. The Seahawks’ defense was led by James “Duke” Scott, Jr. who recorded 3 hard hitting sacks and finished the game with 7 tackles and a touchdown. Coach DeAndre Gill told he’s team to stay focus from beginning to end and to never take any team in the division lightly and the Hawks did just that. Emerald City seems to be clicking on all phases and look to be a strong contender going into the playoffs.

Seatac Sharks 27, Rainier Beach Vikings 0

The Sharks’ offense was led by Lyndon Vaivao, who threw a touchdown pass to Kesean Burks-Jones. Seatac’s Alias Ramirez, Tavita Fesili and EJ Caminong all found their way to paydirt. Chance Guadiz had a 20 yard reception and an extra point, while teammates Aaron Sokimi, Ilario Stowers and Leilani Savelio led the Sharks on defense.

Bantams

Rain Green Ravens 6, Emer City Seahawks 0

The Ravens Green Bantams finished a perfect regular season at 10 – 0 beating the Emerald City Seahawks 6 – 0.  The Ravens’ Jalen Dixon scored the lone touchdown of the afternoon for the Ravens.  Silk Harris ran hard between the tackles behind Big Tone Wayman, Jalen Hubbard, and Isaiah Doss.

Seatac Sharks 20, Rainier Beach Vikings 19

SeaTac and Rainier Beach played a back and forth game with the Sharks edging it out by one point. SeaTac got touchdown runs by Elijah Scanlan (30 yards), Tyler Ma’alona (25 yards) and DaMario McKinney (20 yards). Extra points for the Sharks were scored by Rocky Moi and Elijah Scanlan.

Juniors

Rain Green Ravens 40, Emer City Seahawks 8

The Green Rainier Ravens improved to 10 – 0 as they posted a 40 – 8 win over the Emerald City Seahawks. The Ravens were led by wide receiver Noah Williams, who caught two touchdown passes on the day from quarterback Trey Morris. The Ravens’ A’Skhari Davis scored a touchdown and also recovered an on-side kick on special teams.  Other players that found the end zone for the Ravens included Tanford Russell, Savion Galloway and Derek Ray.  The Ravens now set their sights on the playoffs as the league’s number one seed.
