Nathan Hale beat the Vikings twice this season and looked to go 3-0 against a Rainier Beach team led by Nasunie Hart. The Raiders’ junior guard Vida Rack led the way scoring 28 points, while shooting 60% from the field to help Nathan Hale defeat the Vikings and advance to play Bishop Blanchet.
#9 Lincoln vs. #12 Chief Sealth
Despite losing their final regular season game to Roosevelt, the Lynx have an opportunity to regroup against a Chief Sealth team whom they’ve beat twice already this season already. With a win for either team their next opponent will be the winner of Ballard and Ingraham game.
#8 Ballard vs. #13 Ingraham
Ballard will host Ingraham for the first time this year. Ingraham coming off a dominant win against Cleveland, looks to carry their momentum onto the Beavers home floor to secure back-to-back wins and keep their season alive.
#10 Franklin vs. #11 Roosevelt
Riding on a five-game winning streak, the Franklin Quakers led by Neveah Hamburg, Khamille Chappelle, and Charko Tucker have an opportunity to break the tiebreaker between them and Roosevelt and advance to the next round.
#7 Bishop Blanchet vs. #14 Nathan Hale
Bishop Blanchet, with key wins over West Seattle and Eastside Catholic this season, will host a Nathan Hale team led by junior guard Vita Rack who’s averaging 14 points, 8 rebounds, 3 blocks, and 1 steal per game.

Throughout the course of the game neither team held a led by more than a five-point lead. With a consistent back and forth play, their matchup came down to the final eight seconds as Seattle Prep’s Carly Christian’s made free throw extended their lead to four points. Following the Eastside Catholic timeout, the Crusaders were unable to score and as time expired Seattle Prep had pulled off an upset on the road advancing to the semifinals to play Lakeside.

West Seattle and Holy Names split their regular season series, but this time West Seattle prevailed and earned themselves a date to play the to-seeded Garfield Bulldogs.
#2 Lakeside vs. #6 Seattle Prep
Lakeside who put an end to Garfield’s winning streak that continued from last season, the Claire O’Connor led Lions will face Seattle Prep first with hopes to get back to the championship game for the second straight year.
#1 Garfield vs. #4 West Seattle
Securing the number one seed with just one loss on their record under new head coach Tre Simmons, and led by star-guard Katie Fiso, the Lady Bulldogs look to become back-to-back Metro League champions but first will have to win once more against a West Seattle team they’ve beat twice this year.
