Beacon Hill Cowboys 18
5 star Cougars 0
Once again the defense held strong for the Beacon Hill Cowboys led by Roman Petty, Demetrios Gordon, Jr, Jaycee Williams and Lare Stewart!! The offense got some good work from Mai’King Newton who had touchdown runs of 27 and 63 yards! Although the score may not indicate it, this was a competitive game. The Cougars provided a valiant effort only to come up short as the Cowboy defense made sure to cement the win for their team with outstanding play shutting out the Cougars this go around. Do not get this wrong, the Cougars are a good team and this score does not provide an adequate representation of how good this team can be.
Benson Bruins 55
Rainier Ravens 0
The 8U Bruins continued their dominance on both sides of the ball. Quarterback Cordae Norling stood tall in the pocket behind his stout offensive line, connecting with wide receiver Dash Jones on multiple long passes. Running back Will Conroy proved again why he is considered by many among the top 8U players in the country. The Bruins defense continued their season-long streak of shutouts, having yet to have a point scored against them this season. Linebacker Elijah Graves had two interceptions and Sosaia Sekona and Kamari Webb wreaked havoc in the backfield all game. The Rainier Ravens have history as a top tier program and they will bounce back, but this week proved to be a challenge against a good Bruins team who’s will to win this week was evident. Blowouts such as this are rare against the Ravens but they came in this game with grit and a competitive spirit.
BGC Seahawks 26
SeaTac Sharks 6
The BGC Seahawks were on fire this weekend in a contest filled with great plays against a good team in the Seatac Sharks. Isaiah Healy was outstanding in this contest with three touchdowns and Marsean Royal provided a 30 yard run to help his team cap off a victory here in the fouth week of football. The Seatac Sharks did not come into this game with losing on their minds. They effort and competitiveness is to be commended as both their defense and offense gave valiant efforts. But in contests there can only be one winner.
Auburn Panthers 44
Infamous Allstars 0
Auburn came into this game prepared and stuck with their game plan and the score shows it. Efforts by Tristan Ta’ase, EJ Ah-Siu, Siaki ( Jack-Toa) Failautusi, Justin Suega, Deshaun Brown Jr, Kavay Miller-Ladd & Treyshawn Wynn who all scored touchdowns for Auburn was evident. The defense is to commended as this was their first shutout game. The Infamous Allstars, do not get it twisted, did not come into this contest to lose either. They played with grit and determination but it just was not meant to be this week and this happens in sports unfortunately someone has to lose and this fourth week of play the Panthers were victorious.
