A Change Is Coming

Merry Christmas, and Happy New Years,

Well, this is the time of year when a lot of us make New Year’s resolutions after all of that great holiday eating, and then feel bad that we did not honor the ones we made last year. Let’s try something a little different this year. We now have new goals that will bring about change, we all can identify on some things to work on this year, however I want to suggest we start by  taking small steps.

We may have a desire to lose weight; let’s try making small changes in our eating habits, we can be successful if we stick to it, and we’ll watch our clothes get looser.

You may have lost a love, try loving yourself first, another love will come along. Will you be ready?

If you want to get organized, try breaking large task down into small ones, or try working from a to-do-list, you will see great results.

Do you want to get out of debt? Try working on paying one bill at a time, and do not make a new one.

Do you need to work on getting a positive attitude? Try starting your day with being thankful that you saw another day, and don’t stop there. Try counting the blessings that have come your way. You’ll be surprised how quickly your attitude improves.

Below is my 2015 acronym for change!

2015 CHANGE

Challenges will come

Happiness can be in your heart

Attitude can be so positive

Negativity will not be allowed

Give like it is the right thing to do

Expect nothing but the best – it is on its way.

What changes do you want to make this year? I believe in you; you can do it. I know that if you set your mind on it you will succeed.

Yours in Health,

Bridgette
