This matchup of two undefeated teams did not disappoint, as both teams fought to the very end. Benson moved the ball very efficiently behind the efforts of Bless Austin-Curry, who finished the game with 13 carries for 59 yards. But it was HEIR who struck first with a 60-yard touchdown run by Alijah Nelson but missed the extra point as they took a 6-0 lead. However, JB Failautusi would score on a 3-yard touchdown run to seal the win for Benson, 7-6. Failautusi finished the game with 12 carries and 70 rushing yards, and defensively, he had 8 tackles, 3 tackles for loss, and forced a key fumble to help his team improve to 6-0.
