Regina M. Hampton, MD, FACS a Board Certified, Surgery-Breast Specialist and Medical Director, Breast Center, Luminis Health-Doctors Community Medical Center will be the keynote speaker. She is the Medical Director and Co-founder of Breast Care for Washington. An amazing panel of health specialist including, Wendy E. Barrington, PHD, MPH; Patricia Matthews-Juarez, PhD; Thelma C.
