The 8U Jr. Huskies took on the 9U Renton Rangers in a nice battle for both teams. The Huskies had a great performance and were able to nullify the dangerous Renton attack. The Jr. Huskies came out with a long hard run from Raevion Rogers, followed by a goal line touchdown by Ka’lan Simonton, Jr. The Huskies stayed heavy in the running game with touchdown runs by Mahkai Jackson and a quarterback Tre Wynn. Head Coach Ray had this to say on the game. “We’re just getting better taking it day by day, week by week. This game was set for our offensive line and defense line to battle through adversity, and they did just that. I have to thank our whole team defensively on our first shutout victory, Mahkai Jackson and Antonio Sims stepped up big time this week.”

5 Star Cougars 0
This matchup saw the 10U Jr. Huskies take on the 9U 5 Star Cougars. The Huskies were able to put up 20 points and continued to roll this season. 5 Star’s Daylen Turner had a great day on defense, recording 10 tackles and an interception on the day.
CD Panthers 35
253 Spartans 0
The CD Panthers faced off with the 253 Spartans and did everything in their power to hold them in check. The gameplan worked, as the defense of the Panthers stifled the 253 offense. The offense put up 35, and that was enough to win this match up.
