Auburn 29

What a day for the Auburn Panthers! Some key plays made by Jaiden Hammer were an incredible 60 yard touchdown run, a big interception and he had several tackles on defense. Also, Auburn’s DJ Stringer, III had a spectacular 70 yard touchdown run and several tackles on defense as well as a perfect pass for a touchdown. Auburn also had big runs from Trevon Mayfield and Jhyson Laupati. Auburn’s defense was nonstop and put up big plays in every phase of the game holding a good Sharks team scoreless. The Sharks by no means a bad team came in with determination and grit to win this game but it was not to be as the Panthers at least this weekend was the better team.
Beacon Hill Cowboys 28

Again it was a complete team effort by the Cowboys in the victory. The offense was led by the quarterback Lamar Darden, Jr with two touchdown passes to Zavier “X-man” Traxler and Jorden Mack. Also, Sir Jewel Glover had two touchdown runs. Contributing to the game with some nice runs was Zion Ulugalu, Esquire Williams and LeBron Adams. Defensively, the Cowboys just turned up as usual. The twins Lyron and Leon Wilkinson and Nehemiah Wilturner, Charles Black, Jr and Jeremiah Humphrey all played with the hearts of lions. With tough challenges coming up in the next two weeks, the Cowboys mental will have to be the same or greater for the task at hand. The BGC Seahawks efforts should not go unnoticed as they played with heart and passion. A good team the Seahawks still have a little more season to bounce back from this one.
Benson Bruins 53
253 Spartans 0
The Benson Bruins continued their winning ways with a convincing 53-0 win over the 253 Spartans. Offensively, the Bruins were led by Liufau Loumali and Jordan Noel with two touchdowns a piece. Royce Miller, Kellon “KJ” Hightower, Bernard “Little BB” Bourgeois, Jr. and Marcus Mosby, Jr. all contributed with scores of their own. The stingy Bruins defense was led by Jamari Jones with two interceptions and Deondriel Paine with multiple tackles in the backfield. The Bruins continue their quest for a second consecutive championship this week as they prepare for a tough game against the Boys and Girls Club Seahawks. The Spartans a talented team played valiantly and with heart. They competed throughout the game but it was a tough go at it as the Bruins were just better, this week.
