Beacon Hill came to play physical football on both sides of the ball. The defense was led by Donovan “Popi” Brown, Gage Stutesman, and Montrey Reeves! The offense got great play from Nehemiah Washington, Darryl “DJ” Saulsbury, and Trayvius Coe where all three contributed touchdowns to secure the win. Shutouts are not easy to swallow and never intended as the 5 Star Cougars came into this game with winning on their minds but it was not meant to be this week of football as they gave all they have and they are to be commended for their effort.
Benson Bruins 36
Rainier Ravens 6
The Bruins defeated the Ravens 36-6 behind three touchdowns by running back Luther Tucker. JB Burroughs and JoJo Matautia also scored for the Bruins. The Bruins defense was impenetrable all game, with the only points scored against Benson coming via a pick six. The Bruins improved to 4-0 on the season. While the Bruins had a winning performance, the Ravens gave a gritty effort particularly on defensive. Each team came to the contest with grit and determination and a will to win but unfortunately on one team can win and the Bruins were victorious.
SeaTac Sharks 38

The Seatac Sharks made plays in all phases. Special teams had some explosive plays and kept the Seahawks pinned to their side of the field for most of the game. With five touchdowns the Sharks offense was on all cylinders. Paris ran for a touchdown and connected twice with Donavyn Upton for a pair of touchdowns. Jose Doval contributed with a pair of touchdowns. The field goal unit hit 4 out of 5 field goals to add eight points to the total score and the defense was lights out shutting out BGC from any chance of getting on the board
