CD Panthers 18
BGC Seahawks 12
This week’s football was competitive. The CD Panthers and BGC Seahawks were in a close and competitive struggle. The defenses on both teams fought tooth and nail to maintain the oppositions offense. But, in the end there can only be one winner and the CD Panthers left the field with the victory. Senneca Smith of the Seahawks rumbled for a 37-yard touchdown and a 5-yard scoop and score. The offense of the CD Panthers was not to be denied as they were firing on all cylinders to edge out the win.
Benson Bruins 6
Seatac Sharks 6
The Benson Bruins and Seatac Sharks locked horns defensively and each did a great job denying the offenses many opportunities. The Sharks scored early and Benson answered with a Chase Dance touchdown. The Sharks had one final possession and had a couple good plays, but the Bruins defense denied the victory and game ended in a tie.
Beacon Hill Cowboys 24
Auburn Panthers 24
What a game. The Beacon Hill Cowboys verses the Auburn Panthers as both the defenses and offenses competed with vigor. Beacon Hill’s Maravlous Green was a difference maker on both sides of the ball with three touchdowns on the ground and numerous tackles on defense. King Jay provided a touchdown run of 30 yards and was also a standout on the defensive side of the field. J’Dyion Davis of the Cowboys was beast on both the defense line and offense line, playing his heart out until the final whistle. Antonio Williams showed much hustle on defense and Tony Nguyen showed that his heart was in the game. Auburn too, came to compete as their game plan was executed as planned. Each team keeping up with one another, scoring on each other keeping the game close, so close neither team was able to edge out for the win.
