Russell Wilson And Ciara’s Bellevue Waterfront Home Sells For $21.2 Million

The final sale price for Russell Wilson and Ciara’s luxurious Bellevue waterfront mansion has been revealed. According to King County records filed this week, the former Seahawks quarterback’s estate sold for an impressive $21.2 million.

The house, located on Shoreline Drive, was initially listed at $24.9 million, as reported by Windermere. The 11,100-square-foot property features six bedrooms, seven bathrooms, a cinema, and a two-story treehouse. The exterior boasts three patios, twelve parking spots, a dock, and two jet ski lifts, making it the epitome of waterfront living.

In addition to the main property, Wilson and the My Goodies singer also listed a separate land-only property, which sold for $9.75 million in 2022 to a different buyer. The lot, with 110 feet of lakefront property, included a basketball and pickleball court. The buyer, Schoen Trust Company, made the purchase on behalf of a revocable trust.

The mansion offers an array of luxury amenities, including a glam room, a professional gym, and a three-story elevator. The couple originally purchased the home in 2015 from a former Microsoft employee and his wife, according to the Puget Sound Business Journal.

It is worth noting that the house was initially listed for $28 million in April 2022, shortly after Wilson was traded to the Denver Broncos. However, he was subsequently released by the team after less than two seasons and signed with the Pittsburgh Steelers.
