Pay the man. A person should be paid the work that they put in, but when a person is successful at what they are doing, a business should recognize ones efforts and award them accordingly. Therefore, as we have watched Earl Thomas perform at a such a high level year in, year out, he deserves to be compensated for that effort. Pay the man.

I’m a Seahawks fan and as the last vestige of the Legion of Boom, Earl Thomas should be compensated for all that he has done and sacrificed as a professional athlete. He was instrumental in bringing a championship to Seattle and the Seattle Seahawks needs to reward him. Go Hawks!

I am a futbol enthusiast in the soccer sense of the word. But I do watch American football. The Seattle Seahawks was a very good team, but after losing so much talent, they are in what is it called? The rebuilding stage? These players have to learn to gel and come together and Earl Thomas as one of the leaders of this team can help make that happen. He has been a very important piece of this team and he should be compensated for his leadership.
Pay the man! That’s pretty much all I have to say about. As a leader of this team, a champion and still relatively young for football, secure the man’s future for the work and loyalty has given the Seattle Seahawks.

I am not a football fan or watcher of football, but what I do know football is a multi-billion dollar business and if he is the leader and athlete they say he is as well as bringing a championship to the city he should get his money. I don’t care much when rich people are selfish. There is enough to go around. Its the same with college sports as much money as those young people generate there should be some form of compensation, even if they do recieve scholarship, schools should find a way to compensate study athletes for entertaining them.

He is the leader of that team period. And the way he has been playing this season goes to show he is still dedicated to the team and winning. The Seahawks need to pay him what he deserves.
