Terry McMillan To Host Book Reading At Seattle Public Library

Author Terry McMillan will read from her latest book, “Who Asked You?,” from 7 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. on Mon., Sept. 23 at The Seattle Public Library, Central Library, 1000 Fourth Ave., Level 1, Microsoft Auditorium.

“Who Asked You?” is a story about the burdens and blessings of family and trusting your own judgment even when others don’t agree.
McMillan is the New York Times best-selling author of eight novels, including “Waiting to Exhale” and “How Stella Got Her Groove Back.” She is a recipient of the Essence Award for Excellence in Literature and lives outside San Francisco, Calif.

Library events are free and open to the public. Registration is not required.
