(AP) _ Sean Price scored 35 points on 12-of-12 shooting from the field, leading Columbia River to a 65-57 overtime victory against Rainier Beach on Saturday for third place at the state Class 3A tournament. Columbia River (20-7) held off a second half rally by the Vikings (21-8). Ryan Anderson’s two 3-pointers gave Rainier Beach a 46-45 lead going into the fourth period, erasing a nine-point halftime deficit. It was tied at 53 with 39 seconds left when Rainier Beach’s Tremaine Meneese was called for an intentional foul. Columbia River’s Yusuf Word missed both free throws, and the Chieftains’ final shot missed at the buzzer, forcing overtime. In the extra session, Columbia River outscored the Vikings 12-4. Columbia River shot 65 percent, making 10-of-14 attempts in the second half and overtime. Zack Moritz added 11 points for the Chieftains. Anderson scored 23 points for Rainier Beach (21-8), but Louisville-bound Terrence Williams made just 4-of-15 shots and finished with 18 points.
