Democracy Voucher Final List Of 2023 Candidates Now Available

As of June 2nd, the list of candidates participating in the Democracy Voucher Program has been finalized.  

How do I learn about the candidates? 

This year, seven city council district seats will be on the ballot. Find the final list of participating Democracy Voucher Program candidates here.  

All candidates running for office in Seattle are invited to submit a 200-word Candidate Introduction and photo. Candidate introductions are translated in the following languages: Amharic, Arabic, Cambodian/Khmer, Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese, Filipino/Tagalog, Japanese, Korean, Lao, Oromo, Russian, Somali, Spanish, Thai, Tigrinya, Ukrainian, Vietnamese.

Lost your Democracy Vouchers? 

If you’ve lost your Democracy Vouchers, you can request replacements by filling out the online form or by calling (206) 727-8855. 

How can I return my vouchers?

You can return your vouchers using the pre-paid envelope included in your voucher packet (no stamp is required) or by following the instructions included with your paper vouchers to submit your vouchers online.
