Greater Mount Baker Missionary Baptist Church will celebrate the third pastoral anniversary of Pastor Demetrius and First Lady Cristi Devers with three special services Sept. 11 and 13 at the church, 2425 S. Jackson St. in Seattle.
The anniversary celebration, themed “The Work Continues” and based on Philippians 1:6, will begin this Friday, Sept. 11, at 7 p.m. with the Rev. Dr. Robert L. Manaway of Tabernacle Baptist Church.
The celebration will continue Sunday, Sept. 13, with Pastor Curtis Q. Taylor of Seattle Word of God Church speaking during the 10:30 a.m. service. Pastor Joseph S. Bowman IV of Integrity Life Church will speak during the 3 p.m. service.
The services will commemorate Pastor Devers’ third anniversary as pastor of Greater Mount Baker Missionary Baptist Church.
