The Renton Rangers were without starting Center Jerron McClendon, and despite his absence, the ranger offense found a way to get into the end zone several times, including 3 touchdowns that were called back. Running back Avery Morrow had two rushing touchdowns in the 1st half and looked nearly unstoppable before leaving the game with cramps in the 2nd quarter. Morrow did not return to the game. The Rangers utilized several players offensively to make up for the rushing attack voided with Morrow’s absence. The Rangers got scores from Malachi Warren, Terrence Meneese and several big plays from their receiving corps. The Rangers defense anchored by a very good defensive line, looked as good as it gets holding the Lancers to only one offensive touchdown that came late in the game from running back Terri Iopu, who also returned a kick for a touchdown.. The Rangers defense is fast, aggressive and very talented.
