When You Think About The Challenges Our Country Faces, What Gives You Hope?

Adrian:
“The man upstairs always gives me hope. That is all we have. You can’t rely on other people or anybody else. There’s no one better to depend on than Him.”
Mariah:
“All of the opportunities out there, and the money that there is, give me hope during tough times, because what can you do without it? You just need to save up.”
Obed:
“I don’t focus on all of the things going on in this country, but my family gives me hope. They give me hope because they are the reason I am in the position I am now—in this country, getting an education.”
Saamiya:
“My family and friends give me hope because they motivate me to keep going. They are people I can do something for, and making them proud gives me hope.”
Marshawn:
“People. In my opinion, I think that there are still good people out there. Obviously, there are some bad, but I think there are some good people out there still who can help give us, and this country, some hope.”
Nickiya:
“My family gives me hope because, at the end of the day, that is who I do it for.”
