“The City of Seattle deserves a basketball team. The fans are dedicated and full of heart, and they deserve this. Plus, the city has been suffering ever since they left. But I think it would be good for the city. It has been a long time coming.”

“I definitely believe Seattle needs a basketball team. During basketball season, that period dedicated to that sport, Seattle would benefit. It would bring more money to the city. It would add to the tourism industry as people come from out of town to watch the games. Overall, I think it would be a win-win situation both for the fans and the city’s economy.”

“I think Seattle definitely deserves an NBA team; I think we were robbed of our NBA team to begin with. The Seattle team, the Sonics, were everything. They hyped up the city, we had great players, I think we would have been champions if we had kept our team. But yeah, it has been a long time; Seattle should have had a team a long time ago, but this is the moment, and the city deserves a team.”

“I am a huge fan of Seattle and have always loved the city. We have a football team that the people love; why not have an NBA team? It would bring great money revenue for one, and it would mean the world to the people of Seattle, and the older generations who were around when the Sonics were a team, to see an NBA team back in their city.”

“Yes, I think Seattle is deserving of an NBA team; all the biggest cities have a team, and Seattle is one of the most traveled destinations. We have the Seattle Storm, whose fan base has grown over the years, and if we were to bring back the Sonics, the attention that Seattle and the athletes of Seattle would get would be amazing.”

“Growing up, I have always watched basketball and it was inspiring to me, and I would love for my son one day to be able to grow up in a city where they have their own NBA team. Seattle is more than deserving; this city breeds athletes, and it has been a long time since we have had an NBA team.”
