Francine Johnson was recently named vice president of Global Service Sales for F5 Networks, Inc., in Seattle, WA. Johnson is responsible for a team of high performing sales professionals and customer success representatives in the Americas, while also maintaining responsibility for service sales operations globally.
Johnson has been working for industry leading IT companies for 15 plus years, and has an executive leadership MBA from Seattle University. She has spent the past 5 years in executive management at F5 Networks with a focus on increasing product and service revenue and streamlining operations. Johnson has a solid understanding of the technology industry and works diligently with F5 customers and Resellers to ensure excellence in service delivery.
Johnson is passionate about giving back to the community and working with programs for young women that help empower them. She has been involved with mentoring and coaching young ladies of all ages and ethnicities particularly in the areas of technology, science, math, and art. She has worked with organizations such as YWCA Girls First, Girls on the Run of Puget Sound, and currently serves as Board Secretary for Atlantic Street Center. She has also helped coach adult women in a variety of career fields and is an avid proponent of expanding the reach to diversified candidates in the field of technology.
