King County Sheriff’s Office Seeks Public Help In Locating Homicide Suspect

The King County Sheriff’s Office (KCSO) Major Crimes Detectives are urging the community’s assistance in apprehending a suspect involved in a homicide that occurred on October 3rd. Authorities have identified 17-year-old Miguel Rivera Dominguez as the prime suspect in the fatal shooting of 21-year-old Marcel Da’jon Wagner aboard a Metro Bus.

Rivera Dominguez, a resident with strong ties to the Burien area, remains at large and is considered armed and extremely dangerous. He is known to use public transportation or seek rides from others, making his movements difficult to predict. Authorities believe he may be concealing his identity with a mask while in public.

The incident unfolded on the evening of October 3rd, at approximately 5:10 pm, when deputies from the King County Sheriff’s Office responded to reports of a shooting on a Metro bus near SW Roxbury Street and 15th Ave SW. Tragically, upon their arrival, deputies discovered a lone victim, later identified as Marcel Da’jon Wagner, who was pronounced deceased at the scene.

In response to the shooting, multiple specialized units, including Guardian 1 aerial support and a K9 Unit, were mobilized to conduct an exhaustive search for the individuals involved. As of now, the search operation has concluded, and the suspect(s) in question remain at large.

King County Sheriff’s Office is urging anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of Miguel Rivera Dominguez to come forward. In the event of a sighting, individuals are advised to immediately call 911.
