Lolinda Turner Named Delta Dental’s New Dental Workforce Diversity & Inclusion Program Manager

Delta Dental of Washington has promoted Lolinda Turner to the newly created position of Dental Workforce Diversity & Inclusion program manager.

Turner will lead Delta Dental’s mission-driven efforts to expand diversity at all levels within the dental profession, progress the oral health industry toward a more inclusive culture, and increase oral health equity statewide with no one left behind by fostering organizational learning, cultivating relationships within the BIPOC community, and increasing the organization’s support to current and future BIPOC dental professionals.

Her entire career has focused on oral health, including roles as a dental office manager, registered dental assistant, and most recently served as a Delta Dental provider relations ambassador. Turner is a graduate of Purdue University and currently resides in Spanaway.
