Martina Dea’Shay Phelps “aka” Shay was born to Vivian Elaine Wilson-Phelps And Marvin Anthony Phelps aka “Mappy”.

Martina was bright, funny and curious. Before the age of 6 her sisters spoke for her, but after age 6 she never stopped talking. She received her Associates Degree at Seattle Central and loved school and everyone she met. Martina started volunteering with Working Washington to raise the minimum wage in Seattle to $15 per hour and was successful. She was a trailblazer.

Her brother Malik Williams preceded her in death and she leaves behind her Step dad, Charles Murphy, Step mom, Toshua Tucker, sisters/brothers Aisha Grisby, Natasha Walker, Brittany Phelps, Marvin Walker, Monique Phelps, Taylar Williams, and a host of cousins, aunts, uncles, and God children to cherish her memory.

Martina was a best friend to everyone in every country and around the world. She is truly missed every day.
