After leading 7-0 at halftime, the Crusaders scored 21-unaswered points in the third quarter as they cruised to a 35-0 victory of Rainier Beach.
Eastside Catholic’s Sam Adams caught two touchdown passes, while quarterback Kobe Muasau, Chase Hamdan and Unterrio Latin-Henley all found their way to paydirt for the Crusaders.
With the win, the Crusaders improved to 2-0 on the season, while the Vikings fell to 0-2.
Roosevelt 24, Lakeside 2
Roosevelt was able to capitalize on five Lakeside turnovers as they posted a 24-2 victory over the Lions. The Roughriders had a balanced attack as they had 146 yards passing and 146 yards rushing on the night.
Chief Sealth 40, West Seattle 17
The Seahawks earned West Seattle bragging rights as they posted a big win over the Wildcats.
Lincoln 19, Cleveland 8
Cleveland fell to 0-2 on the season as they lost to Lincoln 19-8. With the win, Lincoln improved to 1-1 on the season.
