The Michael Randall Ealy Social Justice Foundation is inviting all members of the community to attend their 11th Annual Meeting on Sat. Mar. 13 from 12:30 p.m. to 2: 30 p.m. at Ebenezer A.M.E. Zion Church – 1716 23rd Ave S. in Seattle. K. Wyking Garrett, the featured speaker for the event, will speak to the theme of the event, “The End of Racial Profiling? The End of Police Brutality?”. The presentation will be followed by a facilitated community discussion. The mission of the Michael Randall Ealy Social Justice Foundation (MRESJF) is to promote better police/community relations, to work for inquest reform, to seek justice for the families of those killed by police, and to honor the memory of Michael Randall Ealy (1963-1998). The group meets the first Thursday of each month from 6:30 p.m. – 8:00 pm at Center Park Residence Hall (1 block north of S Walker St & MLK Way S).
