The Harvest Festival at Mount Zion Baptist Church was a big success this past Saturday. The weather was just right, no rain, no wind. People came to have a good time just like the Israelites in the Old Testament. Co-chairs, Mary Hopkins and Gloria Bennett, worked diligently to make this event positive and productive. They were happy to see all the members and neighborhood children turn out for the fall festival. It was such a good time there is already talk of having more in the future.
