Janet Jones-Preston, a member of the Mission and Evangelism Ministry at Mount Zion, has been working with the Prison Ministry for some time. She has made it her mission to provide reading material to Washington State inmates. The Women’s Ministry recently donated $515.00 to help provide new books so inmates can have updated and informative reading materials. President Mary Hopkins presented Jones-Preston with a check for $515.00.
