Benson’s defense dominated keeping Renton Rangers scoreless. Offensively, Kaicen Carter scored three touchdowns, while Dauve Hunter and Kemarjae Davis each scored once for the Bruins.

Heir 11U 20, CD Panthers 18
HEIR 11U battled it out in the game of the week vs the defending champion 12U CD Panthers. HEIR quarterback Cordae Norling showcased his arm talent once again throwing for three touchdown passes on the day. Dash Jones had roughly 100 yards receiving and two touchdowns, one of which was on the game winning drive to seal the deal for HEIR. Norling also found his speed threat Winston Cordis wide open in the Endzone in the second
quarter. HEIR showed a strong running attack despite missing their starting running back due to injury. Elijah Littles and Derrick Deloney shouldered the load providing the tough physical yards throughout the game. Defensively, Jermaine Tofa and Kamari Wilson were
stand outs for the HEIR Apex Predators. Both Tofa and Wilson had multiple tackles for loss and sacks. This was a great game by both teams. With the win, HEIR 11U moves on to 2-0 and is tied for first place in the 12U division. Next, they’ll take on an out of conference opponent in the ECW 12U.

ICE Academy’s offense carried the load, outscoring Spartans by 38 points to get their first win of the season.

In a physical game by both teams, the Panther’s got great defense from Keelan Thomas, Mekhi Fields, and Sy Wang- Bratton who had an interception.
