Lakewood started the game physically with 10 players, but played with the heart of 11 against the Beacon Hill Cowboys. Both teams put on a good defensive show. Jelani Harris, Mikkah “Sunshine” Codero, and Michael “Junie” Turner were able to see the endzone for the L.Y.T.E. and represent Lakewood. The Cowboys’ Sir Jewel Glover had a big day, scoring three touchdowns of 40 or more yards, onne on a pass from our leader and general on offense Lamar Darden Jr. Also scoring touchdowns for Beacon Hill were Zavier ” X-man” Traxler, Esquire Williams and Lyron Wilkinson who scored on his first run of the season. Lyron Wilkinson and “X-man” Traxler were also beast on the defense side of the ball as well, stopping every thing that came their way. Great team effort by the while team.

The Auburn Panthers gives much respect to the BCG 10U team who played iron man football for the first quarter of the game. Auburn started off with the heat, scoring 27 points in the first 6 1/2 minutes of the quarter. BCG elected to end competition with 4 minutes remaining in the first, due to player injury on the Seahawks. The Auburn Panthers sends their prayers for quick healing!

Zevion ” ZayZay” Watkins found the endzone for two touchdowns , Joey Thomas added a touchdown and Keelan “Tank” Thomas on the Panthers defense kept Seatac to 6 points as the Panthers 10U get the win.

Benson pitched their 3rd shutout of the season with an impressive 37-0 win over the PSL. Benson was clicking in all three phases of the game. Special-teams created two turnovers. The Bruins defense was stingy as usual led by Reylen Witherspoon and Jaydon Jacobs who both had interceptions on the day. Bensons offensive line lead by Deondriel Paine, Liufau Loumoli. Michael Dance ,JR Noah Castro, Ray Clark and Joseph Stair opened running lanes for four different runners to score for Benson.
