On a cool and crisp summer morning, it didn’t take long for Seatac’s Chis Vala to heat things up on the field running for 104 yards and three touchdowns on only 4 carries. Leni Siale also had a great offensive game with 44 yards, 1 touchdown and 1 successful extra point.
CJ and Leni also had a huge game on defense! CJ recorded 6 tackles and a fumble recovery and Leni with 5 tackles for loss, 1 sack and 1 forced fumble. Kingslee Jordan also had a huge defensive game with 3 tackles for loss and 1 Forced fumble.
Beacon Hill Cowboys 18, Auburn Panthers 18
The Li’ guys from the Hill took the field against the baby Panthers in an exciting and well-played 6u matchup. The Cowboys’ Mahkai Jackson and Malachi Jackson both ran the ball very well, and the Cowboys also got contributions from Jdyvion, Kaanan, Zakai, Marvelous and Antonio.
The Panthers’ Kaiden Peterson-Leonardo, who was playing with a heavy heart, scored two touchdowns on the day. Peterson-Leonardo’s father passed away the day before the jamboree and was buried this past weekend. Peterson-Leonardo showed up on game day saying the he wanted to play for his daddy. Peterson-Leonardo Let everyone know that his touchdowns were for his daddy who didn’t get to see him play his first ever football game.

Endless energy and enthusiasm were on display in this 6U showdown! Both teams showed great effort, but the Bruins were able to hold on to their lead, defeating Lakewood by six.
