This game went down to the wire as the Seahawks’ Demetrius Taape intercepted a pass as Auburn threatened to score with 40 seconds left in the game. Taape also scored a touchdown on the day, while teammates Jonah Tauiliiliand and Daniel Maiva also found their way to the endzone for White Center. The Seahawks’ George Maiava recorded an interception on the day, while quarterback Johvaea Vaiola threw for 175 yards.

The Cowboys had something to prove to themselves and they did it. The team rallied after their opening game setback and looked like a contender in the Senior division. With the mindset of, “We all we got, we all we need” the Cowboys put together a total team performance. According to their coach, this game was a complete turnaround from game 1.
