The 8U Bruins continued their dominance this week, shutting out the Sharks 56-0. William Conroy, Jr. set the tone early with a couple running touchdowns. Quarterback Cordae Norling was able to get many of his teammates involved, and surprised everyone with a switch up with his main target Dash Jones, where Jones threw a nice touchdown pass to Norling. CJ Vala. Sosaia Sekona, Kamari Webb and Tevin Carter also scored for Benson. The Bruins defense remained perfect and have yet to have a point scored against them this season.

Another big defensive game for Auburn along with amazing teamwork provided an early lead for the Auburn Panthers. The Panthers had big runs from Justin Suega, Kavay Miller-Ladd, EJ Ah-Sui and with extra points by Vaalulu Laumea, Alijah Atofau and EJ Ah-Sui, the Panthers dominated this contest. Beacon Hill’s defense would not allow a shutout and scored off a fumble against Auburn’s offense late in the 4th quarter, giving Beacon Hill some pride in this loss.
