The Lil’s Panthers remained unbeaten as they posted a big victory over the Sharks. CD’s got touchdowns from Isaiah Simanton (28-yard run), Cayne Rodriguez (10-yard run), Dash Jones (33-yard run) and J. Hatfield.
Benson Bruins 14,
Auburn Panthers 6
The Bruins came out strong in the first half posting a 14-0 lead behind touchdowns by William Conroy, Jr. and Shyne Pastores. The Panthers were able to make some half-time adjustments and hold the Bruins scoreless in the second half. The Bruins bend but don’t break defense came through as it has all season, allowing just six points and closing out the Bruins sixth victory of the season. Both teams clinched playoff spots this season.
Beacon Hill Cowboys 24,
White Center Seahawks 14
The Cowboys jumped out to a 24-0 lead before White Center’s Satori Roberson scored the first of his two touchdowns on the day in the third quarter. Satori’s second touchdown came on a 40-yard run in the fourth quarter. Beacon Hill played well on both offense and defense and enter the playoffs on a good note.
Puget Sound Lancers 21,
SWAC 0
The Lancers’ Marquees Huggins scored two touchdowns, while teammate Chezz Carson closed the game with a 98-yard touchdown run.
