Obituary – Daniel Duncan

August 14, 1940 – May 25, 2020

An example of excellence, Daniel Duncan, was born on August 14, 1940 in Pine Bluff, Arkansas to Josephine Hopkins and Daniel Duncan, Jr. After living a life of abundance and love, Duncan, at the age of 79, passed away serenely on Memorial Day, Mon., May 25, 2020.

Duncan was a 1958 graduate of Garfield High School, a soldier of the U.S. Army, and a proud pioneer member of Local 42, as a union plumber, where he retired at age 60.

He leaves to reunite with his wife in heaven, Lucy “Grace” Duncan, who passed in 2001.

Duncan lived a jubilant life, and enjoyed fishing, BBQ, visiting the casino, and enjoying a cocktail at a good party! His life is celebrated by his two children, Tracy, and Shawn, three grandchildren, Keisha, Reshaun, and Aujanae, and a host of family and friends.

A private honorarium will be hosted on Sat., June 6 at 3:00 p.m. at the Duncan home.
