Obituary – Rosie L. Brantley

Rosie L. Brantley, known to many as Mother Brantley, departed her early life on January 26, 2021. 

Brantley was born on September 30, 1934 to the late Veola Peoples and Lester Green in Mer Rouge, LA. She had a passion for helping others and had a long career as a registered nurse. She loved working for the lord which led her to be a member of Unity Church of God in Christ. 

Brantley is proceeded in death by her father Lester Green; Mother Veola Peoples; her husband Raz Brantley; her daughter Diane Massey; her son Randall Taylor.  She leaves to cherish her son Vernon Taylor Jr; daughter Linda Lee (Richard); son Lester Taylor; son Ivan Taylor; and a host of grandchildren and great grandchildren.

A closed memorial will be held at Tahoma National Cemetery on February 16.
