Pasco Mayor And Attorney Pete Serrano Officially Files For Washington State Attorney General

MAY 9, 2024. Republican Pete Serrano announced he is running for Washington’s Attorney General. He released the following statement:

“I am excited to file for Attorney General. Washington is a place worth saving, and as the state’s next top cop I am ready to get to work. For too long Washington has been a good place to be a criminal. The FBI rated Washington as the 8th most dangerous state in the country. When I am elected AG our police and prosecutors will have every tool at their disposal in order to clean up our streets and make Washington Safe Again.”

Pete Serrano moved to Washington in 2015 to work for the Department of Energy as an Environmental Lawyer at the Hanford clean-up site. Pete is on the Pasco City Council and is currently the city’s Mayor. Pete and his wife PJ reside in Pasco, WA with their three young children. Pete is the General Counsel and Board President of the Silent Majority Foundation.
