OFSTANLEY EUGENE WEST SR.April 27, 1953 – February 15, 2005Stanley Eugene West Sr. was born to Artis Ray Collins (deceased) and Bobbie Jean West in Seattle, Washington. Stanley attended Seattle Public Schools, where he graduated from Franklin High School in 1974. After high school he enlisted in the U.S. army where he was honorably discharged. He went on to become an electrician at the University of Washington.Stanley fathered three children, Jacquel Walker, Stanley West Jr (Tanisha West), and Wyoshe Walker, all living in Seattle. He is the grandfather of two-Micah and Malik West. Siblings: Sheila-Ann Jackson, Karen West, James West (deceased), Beverly West, Glen West, Keith West, Artist ray Jr of Tacoma, Stephanie Collins and Dennis Michael Collins of Iowa. He also leaves behind to mourn a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, Feb. 24, at Southwest Mortuary at 11:00am. Viewing will take place on Wed., from 2:00 – 8:00 pm.
