Player
Khayree Tulley
Lakewood LYTE
Khayree Tulley came over to the Lakewood L.Y.T.E. wanting to leave a big impression and he did just that. As a player, who was put in the left tackle position, he knew he was there to protect. He took pride in being able to have big plays come to his side because he knew he would make a way. He was a protector on and off the field. Sadly at the age of 11, Khayree suffered fatal injuries from an auto accident. Even then he had that protective mind set as his sacrifice was able to help his sister and cousin survive the accident. Khayree left us as a Hero and that’s how we will remember him. The Tulley and Lakewood L.Y.T.E. family will miss his big smile and even bigger heart. Long Live #64.
Cheerleader
Sydney Cammack
Lakewood LYTE
Sydney Cammack is one of Lakewood L.Y.T.E’s loudest cheerleaders with the biggest smile. She has been a cheerleader for L.Y.T.E. for four years. Sydney is ten years old and is a honor student at her school. She has loved to dance ever since she can remember. It doesn’t matter whether there is music playing or not, Sydney is finding a groove, grinning ear to ear, and she is dancing. She aspires to be an Executive Top Chef when she gets older. It won’t stop there. When it’s time to retire, Sydney said she wants to do so by owning her own bakery.
