NWPJFL 6U Division
CD Panthers 24, Heir 6U (Odd)
The Panthers’ defense was stout in their season opening win against a ready Heir team. After giving up an early touchdown, the Lil’ Panthers forced four fumbles, and did not allow their opponents to see the endzone again as they posted a 24-6 over Heir. Offensively, CD scored on long touchdown runs by Avery Clewis, Jarmaquil Keeley, Jr., Syncere Williams, and Camedon Johnson.
Heir 6U (Even) 18, Bolts 6
The Heir 6U team showed why they are an exciting team to watch. Offensively, King Holiwell had three electrifying touchdowns, while Heir’s stingy defense allowed only one touchdown on the day.
Five-Star 13, Benson Bruins 12
Despite an outstanding two touchdown performance by Benson’s Knowledge Morgan, Five-Star managed to escape with a one-point season opening win.
