De’Sean Quinn has been appointed to the King County Council District 5 seat following Dave Upthegrove’s election as Washington State Land Commissioner. Quinn, with extensive experience from his tenure on the Tukwila City Council and King County Metro, will represent Renton, Kent, Des Moines, SeaTac, and Normandy Park.
