The defendant was also found guilty of two counts of Tampering with a Witness, Domestic Violence, and three counts of Violation of a No Contact Order, Domestic Violence. The defendant’s sentencing has been set for Tuesday, December 21, 2004 at 2:00 PM. The defendant is facing a sentence range of 141.4 years to 187 years in prison. Released by EDWARD G.
