 Henrietta Swan Price is the proud owner of “Henrietta’s Hats and Accessories Boutique” in Seattle. Affectionately known as “The Hat Lady,” she has been part of Seattle’s business and church community for more than 25 years. As a Boutique owner, she has been a part of the live play “Crowns, Church Women Hats” at the Intimate Theater, The King TV 5 tribute as a presenter to the Queens’ Hats (Fascinators), The Women’s Club of Seattle Annual Benefit Fund Raiser presenter, and has been the facilitator of countless Church Fashion Shows.

Price is passionate about her community, and currently is a school crossing guard at Leschi Elementary School. She was recently nominated by Leschi staff/parents and won the Washington Education Association Elaine E. Community Award. She is on the Mother Board of Goodwill Baptist Church and the President of the National Baptist Convention of America Nurse Corps in her second term.

Price met and married Mr. Freddie C. Price (deceased). She is the proud mother of six daughters’; Shelia, Rita, Kathy, Vallerie, Anita, and Theresa, grandmother to 26, great-grandmother to 32, and great great-grandmother to 10.
