SCOTUS To Hear Key Homeless Case

The Supreme Court is about to hear a case on whether the homeless have the right to camp in public places. “People are dying on the streets,” says Theane Evangelis, attorney for the Oregon town bringing the case, “because cities can’t rely on these basic laws that help them intervene to get people help they need…it’s cruel to leave people on the streets in these conditions.”
