Sen. Maria Cantwell Pays Tribute To Rev. Dr. Samuel B. McKinney

Yesterday, Senator Maria Cantwell (D-WA) spoke on the U.S. Senator floor to honor the life and memory of Rev. Dr. Samuel McKinney.
