What Do You Think About The Cosby Verdict?

Ahmed…
Growing up I watched Bill Cosby with my mom, much respect on his career.  Sexual assault verdict guilty, Bill is done, he may have money and if he doesn’t go to prison he can still live a relatively sane life. But past transgressions can have a bad way of creeping up on you.  We have to be responsible for the choices we make and when you make a positive one, but when you make a negative one you gotta face that one too.

Stephanie Maxwell…
Men have been taking advantage of their physical prowess since the beginning of time.  And as women to survive we’ve had to adapt and learn to balance the dynamics between men and women, particularly on this violent non-sense.  We will not tolerae it. Love should not be dishonest or violent and what Bill Cosby admitted to doing constitutes both, from the women’s perspective as well as his wife’s perspective. Where is her voice in all this chaos?

Charles Alexander…
You do the crime, you do the time. I respect Bill Cosby on a community level and an entertainment level, but you can’t go around poisoning women.  I know the justice system has its rules and a lot of instances the Black man does not get an equal  or fair shake, but that’s the life we were dealt and you gotta play your hand. Bill played his hand and it ended up being a losing hand.

Richard Doss…
Justice is what it is, it will find its way.  A jury chose to believe the women over the defense argument.  But in criminality to indict a citizen without DNA, rape kits and just on he said, she said makes for difficult proceedings.  His downfall is he did it by his own confession and some of the women were found discredited, but you reap what you sew.

Amanda Smith…
I think they’re  just trying to eliminate our influencial as Black people.  Michael Jackson’s attempt to buy a piece of Sony, Prince’s attempt  at Warner Bros., Bill Cosby’s NBC or ABC well one of those. The point, I believe, is they get us whenever we try to come up, because they know the value and power of  Black leadership and they will do whatever it takes to thwart it, diminish it, and destroy it.
