TV One Appoints Senior Director Of Casting

(Trice Edney Wire) – TV One announced today that Donyell Kennedy McCullough joins the Original Programming and Production Department as Senior Director of Casting & Talent Relations effective immediately. In this role, she will be responsible for the identification and recruitment of talent for the network’s scripted fare, original movies, reality series, daily news program and will oversee all talent logistics. McCullough will be based in Los Angeles reporting to D’Angela Proctor, Senior Vice President of Original Programming & Production.

Prior to joining TV One, Donyell had over 15 years experience in booking over 1,000 guests, ranging from celebrities to real people including stints at Telepictures Productions and BET. Having worked on Real Husbands of Hollywood, the Soul Train Awards, Just Keke and Being Mary Jane, among others, Donyell comes with a database of over 500 camera-ready celebrities, actors, comics and other on-camera professionals. Additionally, she has worked on projects with such entertainment giants as Will Smith, and Jamie Foxx and others.
