Seatac Sharks 18
The Ravens advanced to the championship game as they survived a wild shootout against the Seatac Sharks. The Ravens scored first as they scored on a 40-yard touchdown run on the opening possession of the game. The Sharks countered back with a 18-yard run by Jordan Tuano to tie the game at 6-6. Seatac’s Aiden Tuano recovered a fumble, and then he called his own number on a 30-yard touchdown run to give the Sharks a 12-6 lead. The Ravens again scored on a 20 yard touchdown run as the two teams went into the half  tied at 12-12.
In the third quarter, both team struggled to find the endzone. But in the fourth quarter, Seatach took at 18-12 lead, before the Ravens’ scored on a touchdown and converted the extra point to give the Ravens a 19-18 lead late in the game.  The Ravens recovered a Seatac fumble that set up a long touchdown run with less than one minute left in the game. Final score25, Seatac 18.
Benson Bruins 7
CD Panthers 0 (OT)
The first game of the day was a 6U matchup between the Benson Bruins and the CD Panthers. This was an absolutely masterful defensive game by both teams, with barely any offense occurring at all. After four shutout quarters by the stifling defenses, the Bruins were finally able to capitalize with a Chase Daniel’s fumble recovery. The next offense drive he was rewarded with the game winning overtime touchdown. Final Score (OT): Benson Bruins 7, CD Panthers 0
